'We’d asked and paid for in advance the pool to be heated during our entire stay. Not only was it not heated, we’d paid for it and we’re told it would be so upon arrival. We were told to “go ahead and turn it on” but the power box had a lock on it so we had to get that code before we could do anything. 'Everything was great - plenty of room for us to spread out. We enjoyed the amenities of the resort as well as the residence. Hopefully we will be able to come back.
