'We traveled from Moncks Corner, SC (approx 30 miles north of Charleston, SC) to hike. We frequently visit the mountains of NC/GA/TN several times a year. We like to stay in cabins with views, and this cabin does have the views exactly as depicted. The cabin was neat, uncluttered and clean! 'Overall it was a nice beautiful property. However the hot water would only last us a few minutes at a time. Everything else was stellar and the proximity to the town was very convenient. It would of been great if a BBQ would of been on site. Its important to note that the property says its good for 3 people, there is only one bed and the sofa is not a pull out and its quite small. '

'The cabin is small but very cute. At first I was worried as the cabins were closer to the main road than expected but the is no much traffic and it did not really matter. The first night we cooked in the BBQ in the back and it was fun. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is minimal for us (we like to cook) but we were able to make some nice meals too. We would stay there again. '

'I really enjoyed my stay at Bear Paw Cottage. It's essentially a studio sized cabin but it was perfect for my husband, myself, and our dogs. If we had kids, I am sure they would have loved the loft bed. The heater worked very well. And the host was super accommodating. She is even mailing me back an earbud I left. We were also only 10 min from Helen. '
