Pros: the place is close to public transportation with a bus stop at 1mn of the building bringing you directly to the Royal Palace and Plaza de España and a metro station at a 10mn walk. There is a big park with free parking at lot 200m - be careful because green parking is not free - and several supermarkets at less than 2mn walk. 'Our host was super helpful, in constant communication. Provided great ideas for places to visit. The place itself was super comfortable and pretty easy to navigate buses. Just 45 mins from city center so took a really long time each way back and forth. There are some decent restaurants around the area but not much else besides a little park. Really loved that she let us keep our bags there after check out!'
