'We waited an entire month to receive our deposit back. During that time, we made multiple calls and were repeatedly given misleading information, including assurances that the refund was being processed when it was not. We even escalated the issue to corporate, but it ultimately took intervention from our bank to recover the funds. This level of service is unacceptable and extremely frustrating.
