'It was an amazing stay in canopy by Hilton. The service and cleanliness were tip top! One of the cleaner actually helped me to fold my clothes, it’s my first encounter with such detailed cleaning, I gave her a tip for such amazing initiative .I didn’t like the breakfast buffet it is disappointing. 'This place is amazing,the staff is super nice ,Any question you have ,they are there for you .Everyone is smiling ,the security guy helped us with 2 big suitcases .The free breakfast is quite decent ,they have some crossaint ,fresh fruits ,mainly Chinese breakfast and Brunchies ,but they are delicious ,they have coffee ,expresso and so on . No place we stayed have washer and dryer ,but they do.It made is so much easier for us ,there are lots of mountains near west lake ,we washed our cloth...

Le service de conciergerie m'a rendu un grand service en retrouvant le taxi qui nous avait transporté de la gare à l'hôtel et dans lequel j'avais oublié mon passeport en arrivant le premier jour.

Especially the full function electronic 'spa' toilet experience. Free laundry wash and fold service. Reasonable selection breakfast for Westerners. Bed was very comfortable, not hard. '

'The pictures on the sight make it seem a little nicer than it is. People are living in a lot of the rooms so we got given one of the double-decker bed apartments at the end of a corridor. The view was brilliant but the room was pretty grubby and dated. There was a couple of cockroaches but it's usual for the area. Overall it is definitely as good as what you pay for mainly because of its great location.'
