It’s in a great location with the night market just steps away. It’s a pleasant walk to West Lake. The hotel is very new and modern. 'Very nice hotel and conveniently located. Walkable to west lake and 湖滨银泰。武林夜市 is literally downstairs. We bought the horizon club and were able to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner!'

'Very clean facility, excellent location, friendly staff. The only problem is finding the place. The listing on Expedia gives the address but it is the address of a complex. The hotel is on the 6th floor. If you face the front of the building (looking at Starbucks) the entrance is on the left side of the building. Look for the big lemon statue.'

'Surprisingly good location for West lake and nearby shopping stripe. Located in a quiet street, there is a night market just opposite on the road, and walking distance to West lake in 10 mins. Not your 4 star room, but comfort for a night stay. Facilities are a bit dated but checked-in was smoothand easy, the check-in instructions were clear.'
