'O hotel é sensacional!!! Muito bem localizado no centro histórico, a poucos passos da Duomo. ele está a 5 minutos a pé da estação central de trem. A staff é extremamente educada, me deram dicas de 4 restaurantes que foram incríveis, além de dicas de passeio e da cidade. O quarto é amplo e confortável, possui sacada tanto no quarto como também no banheiro, que é um banheiro muito grande, com excelente chuveiro, os produtos de toillet são de ótima qualidade, e o secador de cabelo tem um boa...

'La struttura, che pur ha delle potenzialità a cominciare dalla posizione centrale e dalla vista panoramica sulla piazza, non è gestita al meglio: scarsa pulizia, disordine, servizio in camera insufficiente. L'appartamento è datato e trascurato. Attenzione al cliente tutto sommato non all'altezza, malgrado la gentilezza della titolare nel rimediare a seguito di una mia lamentela. Il business dell'ospitalità va curato con amore e nei dettagli, non si improvvisa. '

' Staying at this beautiful Italian palace was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, Salvatore made us feel completely at home. He was incredibly kind and always ready to help. The room was charming and tastefully decorated, and the atmosphere throughout the house felt peaceful and authentic.
