'The house was an adorable little cottage. It was perfectly located for us to get to Caldwell with ease. There was some unexpected city sewer work that occurred at the house that created some inconveniences for us, but Maria made sure we were compensated and apologize for the inconveniences. She was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again!'

'Excellent communication from Austin and Hannah, from the minute I reached out to them asking if the house was close to the wedding venue for our niece’s wedding. The house is very new and immaculately cleaned, not a thing out of place. The living room, kitchen and dining room area is spacious and bright. There is a small patio with a table and 2 chairs where we enjoyed sitting in the super late light evenings.The master has a nice large bathroom and closet with plenty of room for storage and...

'We shared this house with my brother and his family. There were 4 adults, 6 teens & a pre-teen.The house was perfectly laid out, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all! The kitchen and living areas were great areas to gather, the game console was a huge hit with my teenage boys.The neighborhood was quiet, with nice walking paths and the pool and playground were nearby. Shopping and grocery stores were a quick 10-15 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again! '

'So happy our family booked this place, close to town, lots of room, large back yard for dogs. Only thing i didnt like was there was not curtain for large slidding door into back yard. Except for that i give the place 5 stars'
