'Desk staff were very helpful. I asked if they could enable the captions (not the sound) on the area TVs and they did so. They also helped when my internet access was not working as needed. On initial entry, staff member Becca was especially welcoming listened well, and responded to my questions based on what I'd said not some canned answer, repeated, Great guest services.'

'Great, brand new hotel. Clean & spacious room. They went the extra mile with items like a steamer. There was self check in and check out, so we literally never saw a staff member, but that wasn't a bad thing. About a mile walk to the beach and boardwalk. Sidewalks the entire way so safe and easy. Highly recommend.'

'This hotel is amazing from the moment you walk in to the lobby! It has awesome furniture and a welcoming environment. Our rooms were clean, the balcony with the pool view and awesome and it was just all over a great trip. The only complaint I have is that the server for our table of 8 for dinner was not great. I am a server myself, so I take notice to these things. She never really asked for drink orders, just gave everyone water. I'm not sure if it was a speech barrier or something else. ...

Lovely restaurants just up the road and within easy walking distance to the touristy strip and the beach (there’s even golf cart service to the beach if you need help transporting their awesome foldable beach chairs). 'Wish the hot tub worked lol but besides that the room was nice and beds were comfy! The cable was a lot of static and skipping but we didn’t need to watch much tv so wasn’t a big deal! Staff was great and friendly!'
