Vind je ideale hotel in Lexington

'Hotel itself was good. Customer service was lacking. Called a week ahead and day of asking if we could check in an hour early. Got there and were told we couldn’t, then saw several groups of people check in while we were waiting, we tried again and then they let us check in. Also told them our room was out of hand soap and body wash and never got it taken care of our entire stay.'

'Front desk staff seemed like he was not happy to be there. He did not tell us about the continental breakfast, check out time, asked if I was a Hilton honors member, etc. Seemed annoyed to have to look up my member number by phone number. Alright neighborhood and room was decent - definitely need some work in the room and cosmetic upgrades.'

'Overall, our experience was okay. However, wherever you turn, you notice little things . . . a loose shower handle, exposed nuts/bolts at the base of the toilet, etc. Simple maintenance issues that differentiate a down-at-the-heels hotel from a good property. As for room service, we never broke the code on which days our room might be made up. Better hotels tell you what you might expect at check-in. 'The room gives college dorms vibes, which I thought was nice.'

'This used to be much nicer with much more attentive staff. Staff we talked with, English is a second language. A bit difficult to understand The room furniture was well used, sofa bed showed lots of wear and tear. Bed was comfortable. We had an issue with their "room service". I would never order from them again. Overall, if you are just staying the night, might be worth the discounted price.'

'We booked a non smoking room but got a room that was smoked and all we got from the staff was two different reasons but no solution'

'The elevator was down, we were told that the only room available was on the 3rd floor. When we tried to access the room, it seemed to be locked from the inside. We were then given a room on the first floor. The facility was clean enough. This is a budget establishment, and you get what you pay for.'

'Roaches all over dirty sheets bathroom was filthy'

'We were on the ground floor and the people on 2nd floor above our room were very noisy, loud thumping and banging on the floor after 11 pm that caused us to startle while trying to sleep. Sounded like they were moving furniture and dropping large items on the floor. I would not recommend any floor except the top. Overall it was clean except for the exhaust fan in the bathroom.
