'I booked a king room with balcony with breakfast included. When we checked in she said no breakfast and gave us a standard room no balcony. I talked to another person later on. Turns out yes we do have breakfast. But they only have a standard room on their booking. I’ve been taking to 3 different people trying to get refunded the difference'

'We arrived to the place and no building sign to same name'

'Very clean, the cleaning staff were polite and respectful.'

'Wij hadden de kleinste kamer geboekt tegen een hele scherpe prijs. Het bed was uiterst comfortabel. Geen koelkast of waterkoker, maar roomservice bracht gratis ijs om de drankjes te koelen. Erg mooie faciliteiten, zoals een verwarmd buitenzwembad. Prettig dat er ook badjassen op de kamer hingen, zodat je echt als 'spa-gast' door de accommodatie kon lopen. '

'This was a great hotel for our UConn visit. The furnishings and decor were very fun and UConn themed. The staff were very nice. We would definitely stay there again.'

'Hotel was convenient to casinos and getting to anywhere you want to get to, yet it also felt secluded. Hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was excellent. Definitely staying there again when we get back.'

'The hotel was clean and quiet. Only stayed for 1 night but would definitely go back again if ever in the Connecticut.'

'The hotel needs an upgrade. The paint on the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. The tub looked stained. I also found a black bug in the bathroom when I returned from an outing . I mentioned to the front desk attendant during checkout and he said he would tell his manager. If I had to stay for more than one day, I would have went to another hotel.'

'Great time'
