'We got here a little early about 11:49am) and asked to use the restroom, then we would come back later. I did explain that we did have a room booked. The lady just said no, barhroom was being cleaned. I could see the bathroom and it was not being cleaned. I think she should have asked for my i.d. , and once confirmed reservation, we use restroom. This was disappointing. However, when we did check in, it was a different staff person and she was amazing. Polite, respectful, charming. I will say...

'Made a last minute reservation on Hotels.com due to a flight cancelation. Was greeted warmly and checked in promptly at the hotel. The facility was obviously recently renovated and beautiful. The rooms were in new condition also. This was a very nice surprise. Enjoyed free happy hour cocktails and dinner. Took the free airport shuttle at 4:00 am and was physically in the airport within 5 minutes. Couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you very much. Highly recommend.'
