Herbergen in Lincolnshire

'The rooms come with the charm of an old building, so you will have improvise a little. But possible disappointment by entering the premises is immediately forgotten after meeting with the owner/hotelmanager and tasting the food he serves. He really cares about people and makes you soon feel at home. Value for price too!'

'Could not stay in our room during the evening as a very noisy party was taking place downstairs. We were not prepared of the function, but staff did attempt to get the noise reduced, and offered us a complimentary drink in the bar. This however meant we could not use our room, or get an early night. A pity, as otherwise good value and good food.'

'All fine'

Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is prima.'

'Friendly bar staff. Food was good. Chef’s night off and they still made dinner, although they did make us feel a bit guilty for having a friend join us who lived in Bourne. Quiz night, so good fun. Room was clean but bathroom was up some steps which was a bit tricky in the middle of the night. Rooms were quiet. Had a good sleep.'

'Very clean with welcoming staff. Breakfast had an excellent choice and cooked meal was outstanding. We also had an evening. Meal with friends and this was also excellent with a good choice of food. Our room had everything one could need.'

'What a cracking pub. What more do you want from a place to stay than have a legendary boozer right below you. The land lady was very friendly and polite, rooms were basic but clean and perfect for my needs. They do a cracking pint downstairs too. Staying again next week for work it was that good and the prices resonable.'
