'Nice staff, excellent location next to the airport, nice big room, good restaurant and cafe, and even a pool of you want it.
The breakfast had a wide variety and was very good, but the so-called "orange juice" was some sugary concoction that tasted like non-carbonated fanta. Any decent hotel should have freshly squeezed orange juice'

'It’s always a pleasure to return to the Pestana Palace. There is always a warm welcome and the concierge and reception staff are excellent. It’s the beginning of the season so the waiting and room service staff aren’t 100% on top of things yet, but overall it’s still a lovely hotel. '

'Was a fun alternative to a traditional hotel. While cozy, the boat was quite comfortable and quiet and it was fun to be able to spend the evening on the roof patio. Staff was great, especially Joao, who checked us in and took good care of us.'
