'The property is near the Avenida Liberdade. However, the room assigned to us was in the 3rd floor and the levator only goes up to the 2nd floor. I was not informed about this set-up. My 84 year old mom struggled to use the stairs from the 2nd to the 3rd floor. And also we have have big luggages and we have to pull it up the stairs.'

'Fantastic sizeable apartment - didn't actually realise I'd booked something so good! Wine & local snacks from the host was a nice touch. Literally everything you could need - fully equipped kitchen if you wanted to stay in, comfy lounge. Nice bathroom - although some hooks for robes/towels would be a bonus.The only strange thing was the duvet cover was too small for the size of the duvet! '

'Ich habe mit meinem Freund einen mehrtägigen Städtetrip in Lissabon gemacht. Die Lage ist soweit gut, es sind mehrere Supermärkte und Bäcker fußläufig in der Nähe, auch der Lissabon Airport ist nicht weit entfernt. Größere Einkaufszentren sind mit dem Bolt gut zu erreichen, wer sonst gerne läuft, kann vom Hotel aus auch gut nach Alfama laufen. Das Zimmer war grob ausreichend sauber, es waren hier und da an einigen verstecken Stellen noch ältere Krümmel von Voraufenthalten zu sehen. Nur im...

'Fantastic restaurant on site as well'

'VERY small room. It was indicated room size of 20 sqm-never ever. If you move within the room, the second person has to move as well-unless the person is in bed :-). Bathroom even smaller and not in an appropriate condition. This was communicated as well as other issues. Same answer (always quick I have to say): we will inform our maintenance team. But this team never showed up. Manager was kind, Nice area around the hotel. But still we will not get there again.'
