'We had troubles with the check in (the explanation was not really clear enough for us and the key wasn't in the locker) but the agency helped us asap. If you want to cook yourself there is not enough cookingmaterial, f.e. cookingpots, the pans are worn out. There are not enough glasses. But in Portugal you can go out dining cheap. The metro and the supermarket is close to the appartment. It is close to the airport and ubertaxis are cheap do you do not need a car.'

'The property was nice for a stay in Lisbon, was good for walking distance to lots of tourist places. The check in process we found slightly difficult, it was hard to get a hold of the host. Once we received check in information retrieving and returning the keys was easy/smooth. The property was very clean, the smell of sewer was strong but the place was well cleaned, the bed was not comfortable. Overall the place is okay for a stay in Lisbon.'

'Lisbona è bellissima. L’appartamento no. Lo stato di igiene in cui abbiamo trovato l’appartamento era deplorevole: due dita di polvere sotto al materasso, un calzino sporco lasciato in un angolo. Comunicazione con l’agenzia inesistente: si rompe il minuscolo ventilatore in dotazione, l’agente fa finta di nulla. Lampadine che non funzionano, bagno e box doccia in condizioni pietose. La ciliegina sulla torta è stato scoprire l’ultima sera la presenza di un enorme scarafaggio dietro al letto....

"Nice staff, excellent location next to the airport, nice big room, good restaurant and cafe, and even a pool of you want it. The breakfast had a wide variety and was very good, but the so-called "orange juice" was some sugary concoction that tasted like non-carbonated fanta. Any decent hotel should have freshly squeezed orange juice"
