'Really nice hotel? Location is smack in the city. Located right by the Commercial Square, Praça do Comércio. The staff at the hotel was very supportive and accommodating. Breakfast is standard included, at no extra fee. So don’t book it as an extra on any of the platforms. Rooms are spacious and well decorated. Note! The bathrooms are glass and visible from the bedroom. Not nice when sharing a room with friends. But there is a curtain to close it off. Overall great hotel. '

'This hotel completely exceeded our expectations! This (brand new) hotel and spa is simply gorgeous, and is in the perfect area to explore Lisbon (Chiado). The rooms and bathrooms are beautiful and huge, the beds perfect, one of our rooms had a large and cozy alcove sofa that overlooked a picturesque theater; the spa and masseuse and pool were perfect (and also beautiful!). The hotel restaurant serves an incredible breakfast (included) - omelettes, pancakes, and more - and the best coffee. AND...

'Uitstekend hotel: super vriendelijk personeel, schone kamers, super mooi ingericht. We genoten ook van het binnenzwembad, de sauna en de rooftop-bar. Ligging van het hotel is top; vlakbij metro en trein, je bent zo in de luchthaven en in het centrum van Lissabon. Vlakbij winkelcentrum en toch uit de drukte gelegen.'
