'The location is fantastic and personnel very welcoming and friendly. Communication before arrival was good. Place a bit run-down and it has it flaws, but who cares? It’s a charming, beautiful and friendly place and suitable for people that are not looking for perfection but instead like to wake up to the sound of birds.'

'As a road warrior over decades, I have seen good and bad, but I have rarely seen the attentiveness of the staff such as here at the Grand Resort. Always pleasant but exceptionally helpful. I had an emergency shoe repair needed for my only dress pair, and it was late on a Sunday when it was identified. 'The room was very clean and the room service was the best I’ve had. They didn’t just change the sheets and towels but cleaned the floors and wiped down the counters as well. They also offer laundry service. The staff at the front desk were very helpful as well and provided plenty of information about the area.'

'De kamer is typisch Caraïbische ingericht en die sfeer is algeheel aanwezig in het hotel. De kamers voldoen aan alle basis behoeften, maar verwacht wel dat er roest aan het bad zit enzo,... Dit is een goed hotel voor door te trekken naar andere locaties en om voor een dag te blijven. Ga zeker iets zuidelijker, naar het isle of bird. Daar is een restaurant die lekkere gerechten serveert.'
