'Het hotel bewust geboekt omdat het inclusief ontbijt is. Echter, dan moet je wel een vinkje zetten bij bijboeken ontbijt voor 0,00 euro. Ik was dat vergeten en dus kreeg het hotel room only bijdrage. De manager zou de volgende dag naar Expedia laten bellen maar dat was niet gebeurd.
