'Staff - perfect greeting and check in Room - wonderful size and amenities. Well appointed . Only slight issue ? It’s on the freeway side so it was a bit louder than hoping . Hotel - overall spacious and nicely decorated . I would not hesitate to stay here again. Close to little Italy and Lofty Coffee. '

'Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel staff is friendly. What I did not like is the 4pm check in. Because it is so late everyone checks in at that time but the n the desk was understaffed with just one person, the line was huge. I also did not like that other hotel guests prominently warned us not to use the elevators because they would get stuck. I’m claustrophobic and the elevator was really hot so we chose to walk the stairs. I feel the staff should have warmed us about it at the checkin.'

'parking was ample, ac was good the bedside lights didnt work, the water its too hot needs to be turned down to temperature where it wont burn anyone, some of the interior wasnt clean enough, the touch up painting is poor, the tv worked fine, the bed was good, the pool was the best part of the hotel, the noise from the airplanes dissapeared once i fell sleep thats something you should disclosed, anyway to summet allup i loved being close to little italy, and for the dollar its not a bad deal...
