'Our condo was very clean, decorated beautifully, well-appointed, had comfortable beds and easy access to the beach. You should know that parking availability is a challenge and it was compounded during our stay by construction and renovation to the condo building. '

'Wow! What a great condo! Very clean and well stocked. The owners have made some great upgrades. We were so impressed with all the little touches that made our stay extremely comfortable. The location is awesome - clean beach and quiet area. Very family friendly. There are a lot of stairs at the complex overall, so it’s not wagon or wheelchair friendly but we didn’t find it to be a real issue for us. We will be renting here again. '

'Beautiful condo with spectacular views of the ocean and sunrises. It was very well appointed and comfortable. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. The grounds were lovely. Unfortunately a child pooped in the pool (no swim diaper!) and the pool was closed for 24 hrs for cleaning so that was disappointing as it was 100 degrees. Our host was very reachable with some minor questions by text. '

'Overall, enjoyed our stay. Great view. Easy access to beach.Only issues encountered were did not get check in information until almost when we arrived. And when we got to condo, cleaning crew was still on site cleaning the place. After that everything went well. Would stay there again.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A block away from the beach, it was easy to check out the shore. Not to mention it was a short drive away from the super cute downtown area! The condo was quiet, clean, and we felt very safe. We did notice the dishwasher wouldn’t drain. When we called the property manager he had someone out there to fix the issue within 30 minutes. The promptness of the response demonstrated a strong level of professionalism and care for their property. Overall, very satisfied...

'Great location-close to the beach (within walking distance) and close to historic downtown Ferdandina. Quiet neighborhood- great for walking our small dog.The place was clean with plenty of room for my husband and I.'

'This condo has everything you need. Clean, stylish and great view. Well appointed with beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, etc. Very relaxing!!!'

'Was super surprised just how nice this house was. It was tastefully decorated with many antiques and live plants which gave it a very homey feel. The whole house has been updated and the kitchen was generously furnished. The roku TV offered our favorite channels. Possibly, the only negative is it's location is in the middle of nowhere on a 2-lane dirt road. But, even that had positives. The countryside was beautiful and there was a restuarant/green house/party store just a mile down the road....
