'Did not like the slight smell of urine upon entering bathroom for the first time. Low on shower gel which didn't lather well. Bathroom door had water damage and needs replacing. Wood trim on desk and dresser was tacky (sticky). Murphy's wood soap would take care of that. Ice machine on 3rd floor where we were was out of order. Staff, however, was amazing!'

'This place is a JOKE. It is so expensive & it’s literally just a 5 story motel. We had to switch rooms bc the original room on the 4th floor had drywall mud all over the curtains & walls. The next room wasn’t much better, no trash can liners, that was weird. NO conditioner in the shower container, When we asked for fresh sheets and the room to be cleaned on day 2, we were told “No. That only comes with a 4 night + stay. There is no bistro. It’s just a Starbucks. The breakfast is just a small...
