'Absolutely charming, nostalgic mom’n’pop hotel. Right in the river. We sat, drank our coffee, and watched the boats pass from our porch. The room wasn’t large but wasn’t small either. It’s an older property but the room was neat, clean, and nicely updated. Bed was comfortable and we had no problems at all. Ms Carol and the staff were warm and friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Perfectly out of the way and peaceful but with plenty of options for enjoying the river. We’ll be back!'

I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.'

'We booked here for an overnight stay. The room was clean, bathroom was clean. It was better than I expected. They had breakfast the next morning in the lobby with a variation of different items (pastries, bagels, hot food, like sausage patties and links, eggs, potatoes, biscuits, juices, coffee, tea, fruit and yogurt). Nice affordable price and a clean stay which was appreciated on my brief stay in Sanford.'
