'We enjoyed our stay. We had good communication upon arrival with our host, however there was a bit of a language barrier. Luckily Google translate helped us out. The house is nice and has plenty of room and a nice pool. We had some struggles with the power and non functioning air conditioning, despite the actions of the host. Also, some utilities are a bit worn / outdated.'

Die verschiedenen Terrassen sind herrlich und bieten zu jeder Tageszeit einen schönen Platz. Der Pool ist überdurchschnittlich lang, so dass man hier auch gut schwimmen kann. Es fehlt insgesamt an nichts und der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!'

'Samen met mijn broer en zussen heb ik een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Het huis was schoon, de bedden waren fijn, de tuin het zwembad en de tennisbaan waren super netjes en verzorgd. We konden verse sinaasappels en citroenen plukken uit de bomen uit de tuin. De eigenaar is heel erg vriendelijk en we hebben een top tijd gehad. Ik zou dit huis zeker aanraden als je een vakantie wil met vrienden, of met je gezin, of met familie.'

The house is perfectly situated against the hills between Pollenca and Port de Pollenca and has an amazing view over the bay. 'Property was lovely and clean with fantastic outdoor space and pool. Lots of space inside, and incredibly clean and well provisioned (washing up liquid, shower gel etc) Worth noting that the living room and 2 bedrooms have aircon, the other 2 bedrooms do not. Kitchen is possibly a little more basic than normal. This is a old building and as such the stairs are quite steep, we have 2 small children (under 2) so we could manage this but if they were older it would have been more difficult....

'Cosy house located near a beautiful family beach which we enjoyed very much. The villa complex is nice, and green, with a great shared pool. The house had all you need, however we found some a little out dated, but nothing to big. We were happy we rented a car, because the town is lovely, but has not to much to offer, especially in September, but Pollença is 10 minute drive and a more vibrant place. We enjoyed our stay.'

The uncomplicated check-in (with a key code), the good communication with the owners, het clean villa and the match between the pictures and the reality, resulted in this 5-star review. Besides, what exceeded our expectations was the privacy of the house and garden. The street has a dead-end, so there is definitely not a lot of traffic. 'Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Es hat alles geklappt sowohl mit dem Einchecken sowie beim auschecken. Wir durften sogar unsere Koffer schon um 10.00 Uhr unterstellen obwohl der Check In erst um 16.00 Uhr gewesen ist. Das Haus war wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es gab lediglich leichte Abnutzungsspuren am Fußboden. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Das einzige was wir vermisst haben waren Eierbecher. Aber ansonsten waren wir mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Auch der Kontakt...

'The place was fantastic, pool definitely the highlight and an easy 15 min walk into town square. Know that you’ll need to stay on top of trash/floor sweeping each day to avoid ants but I the views of Soller (with views from pool and house) and pool make this a 5 star stay.'
