Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Room was spotless. All of the staff especially lady on front desk sorry I cannot remember her name, were amazing and so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. In fact, all the staff went above and beyond by promptly bringing us a plug in fan heater for our room when the heating wasn't functioning and when I asked for some more bottled water they brought up 4 instead of just 2. The cleaning lady who offered more clean towels as we stayed an extra night was so sweet. The breakfast lady was super sweet too. However I do feel at those prices breakfast really should have been included.
My friend booked room 207 and his room was beautiful, very warm, spacious, big tv, lovely bathroom, modern decor and very nicely presented and set out, our room on the other hand was much smaller, very awkward to navigate, it would have been better having the dressing table at the end of the room with a mirror above, as it was really very difficult getting ready to go out. I found we were getting in eachothers way. But other than that, for me it was the cleanliness and the super sweet staff that gave this place an excellent for me. Oh and also having a lift as both my friend and I have some back issues so stairs was a no go. The hotel opposite is the same company I believe and they kindly changed her room from one of their rooms upstairs with no working lift to the room we stayed in with a lift on the first floor we were in room 101 right next to the lift which was perfect.
