'The “Happy House” was exactly that and exceeded what we could imagine. The description of the rental was very accurate with everything that was included. It was a great location right by the beach and walking to stores and restaurants. The house had plenty of amazing extras for our 2 young kids (3 and 1). It was amazing having a crib, high chair, etc. The play-set in the backyard and the kids nook in the house were amazing features!'

'This was the perfect little place to stay for 2 adults and a chocolate lab. The proximity to the beach and the bay was ideal. Bars and restaurants were close too. My dog loved having his bed next to the slider for the breeze and outdoor scenery. Not a complaint, but would make it spot on if there was a screen door on the front and the shower water pressure was a little stronger. I would recommend this little gem.'

Great central location with lots of great restaurants, and a close walk to the beach. Bonus my dog loved the backyard. I ran into an issue with my car and the owner was great to work with and quick to respond.'

'I use the Aztec sometimes when I’m at Seaside. It is right on the boardwalk. They have parking and a Resturant above it. The bathroom was recently renovated. The staff are helpful and friendly when I stayed there. I found the prices were reasonable given the height of the season and needed a quick reservation. I would use again when I’m in the area again '
