The carpets and curtains have seen better days, but everything was properly clean, ignoring permanent stains/damage to the carpet etc.
The walls are thin so you're at the mercy of your neighbours when it comes to noise.
The included breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly.'

'Impressive building, super receptionist, who was extremely helpful. Had a super, very clean room overlooking the river and was a glorious Easter weekend. The room was large with a lovely big firm bed and nice pillows. TV, kettle, extra heaters and fan(if you needed them). Double glazed windows and super shower with plenty of lovely hot water. Nice to sit looking at the river in the late afternoon too. On the outskirt of the town so reasonably quiet but easily within walking distance of the town....
