'The staff were amazing. Helpful and good communication '

'Een mooi hotel, erg schoon, rustig en centraal gelegen, dichtbij winkels, bushalte en restaurantjes. Lekker ontbijt en heel behulpzaam personeel. Ruime kamers met veel kastruimte en mooie badkamer. Een aanrader'

'La cama y las almohadas estaban muy duras es lo único que no me gustó '

'This apartment is situated in a quiet area but still perfectly located for exploring all that Puerto del Carmen has to offer. It was cosy, well equipped, very clean and had a lovely patio looking onto the pool area. The check-in process was simple thanks to the clear instructions. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Apartments are really spacious. The added touches of free toiletries is good. Baileys bar on the site provides awesome freshly cooked food at great prices. The loungers organisation is good so no one can book out the whole day, you can only book half a day at a time to give everyone chance to get loungers. The only downside for me was the tv only having bbc 1, 2 and itv as english soeaking tv channels and €9 to wash and dry clothes'

'Pros: Location and pool'

'De villa is erg goed gerenoveerd. Alles was nieuw en zeer compleet. Goed schoon en een slimme indeling. Veel ruimte voor iedereen. We waren met 9 personen waarvan 2 kinderen (5 en 7)'

'Pros: Private outdoor space 2 good sized bedrooms Good location close to the beach and shopping / restaurants'
