'You definitely get what you pay for at this hotel, but it served its purpose well for a quick overnight stop. The staff was great and let me check in early, plus they were kind enough to let me park my motorcycle under the front entrance canopy.
The room was a generous size, though the decor and fixtures felt stuck in the '80s. The couch was pretty worn and stained, and the shower handle was loose (though the water pressure made up for it). My heater also blew cold air even set to 78°F, but...

'The staff were wonderful and very helpful. We had a small issue with a slow drain but management helped clear that up quickly. Great location, older property - could use some updating, but that said we had a wonderful stay. Thank you Carolina Inn for a nice stress free visit to Burnsville. 🤗'

'My wife and I stayed here for a week to volunteer at the Samaritan’s Purse rebuilding mission in the Burnsville area. The Inn was very enjoyable and is a wonderful old building. The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable and had a great shower, which we enjoyed after a long day of working on homes for families who were affected by Hurricane Helene.'

'Room 303. Air conditioning unit never got to temp and made clicking noise every time it cycled down. I informed the desk at check out.
Housekeeping. Sub par. Trash emptied and towels somewhat replaced. Good thing that all three of us were not showering on last day because we only had two bath towels. Our glasses and coffee cups were not replaced. I straightened our beds but usually, housekeeping would do it to their standards. Hair in the shower upon check in.
Right after check-in, it...
