'When we checked in the workers were obviously talking about another employee that they were just done with, this should not be happening in front of guests, and the check in group were not the most pleasant. 'The location of the hotel is a perfect area. Close the Camden Yards, Babe Ruth’s museum, and the Raven’s stadium. The atmosphere was very pleasant from the staff and the area around it. There is 2 sports bars right there to eat at. The staff that we come in contact with very nice, helpful and always had a smile on their face. We actually loved the location and will recommend it to friends. BUT we did run into issues with our stay from a weds to Sunday and we knew that housekeeping comes...

'Staff were friendly and polite. Hotel and rooms look beautiful, but poor property maintenance. Things don't seem to get fixed or upgraded when they deteriorate. Elevators haven't been working well for a while. Toilet water pressure is awful. One of the mattresses was caving in. Lamp not working. Dining area under par.'

'I liked the cleanliness and the size of the room. It would have been nice to have a full sized ironing board like the smaller rooms others in my party had. The bed was not comfortable. It was saggy. I always looked forward to the beds at Hampton Inn. They were some of the best. That was not the case here.'
