'Our stay at Waterside was very pleasant. The unit was clean, spacious, and the amenities were excellent. However, we had a significant issue with the elevator. Upon arrival, it was out of order, forcing us to carry all of our luggage up to our floor (which is effectively three flights up since the first level is parking). Ironically, it started working the moment we finished unloading. ​On our departure day, the same thing happened. The elevator failed again, and we had to use the stairs once...

'Excellent stay'

'So this is actually a vacation club that they try to get you to sit through a 45 minute sales. The room was good and it is a nice and quiet property. There is a couple things I did not like. First, check in starts at 4 pm and at 4:42 we received a call asking when we plan to check in, we were stuck in traffic. I thought this was crazy! Next, you have to turn down the sales pitch. They also give all adults in the party a thicker rubber band for the pool area, and if you do not turn these back in...

'The beach view is ok , condo had all the basic necessities . One thing I would suggest is the springs of the couch are popping thru the cushions so might be time to replace it . '

'Our stay in Harbor Town was very enjoyable! You can't beat the location or the views. We walked to the Quarterdeck and CQ's for dinner, and got some shopping in. This is a 1 bedroom, which was perfect for us. It was clean, the bed was comfy, spacious living room, and a small balcony to enjoy coffee or a cocktail overlooking the harbor. 'This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces. We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. Everything she did and every recommendation she provided enhanced our stay. The natural beauty of this place is beyond compare. We cannot wait to visit again. '
