'Concierge was amazing '

'Great location in a quiet residential area. Close to many good restaurants and subway stations. The Tenement Museum is nearby. Hotel itself is clean and staff are very friendly. Breakfast is simple continental and could be improved with additional items. But this is not a big deal as Chinatown has lots of inexpensive bakeries and restaurants. Overall, nice experience at a very reasonable rate for a weekend trip to the Big Apple. I will stay here again . '

'Behulpzame staf. Ontbijt met basis items, maar wel veel. Schone kamers. Meeste kamers uitzivht op muur.'

'Excellent hotel, very convenient place with multiple subway stations within 1-2 minutes of walking distance. Rooms were clean and kept clean during the week. No experience with the breakfast and dinner options because we would always eat somewhere else. Overall a very good pick for a citytrip.'

'Fijn hotel op top locatie. Dichtbij metro, 9/11 memorial, Battery park, Brooklyn Bridge. Allemaal op loopafstand. Dagelijkse schoonmaak, schone hanndoeken en gratis flesjes water (kan ook anders in NY 😃) We hadden een kamer op hoge verdieping (24e) en dan hoor je niets van het lawaai van stad en verkeer. Hele goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding! Enige minpuntje zijn de smalle Queensize bedden. De kamer is groot genoeg voor 3/4 personen, alleen de bedden echt te smal. '
