'Overall the cabin is nice and well kept. It’s affordable and private. AC could only be set to lowest of 75 so if you prefer it colder at night might be too uncomfortable. Major con of the booking is the boat ramp/docks are nearly unusable unless you’re launching a kayak. There is no turn around area for boats to back into the ramp. There’s a giant concrete sculpture in the middle of a turn around. I had a 19ft boat and it was too big for me to turn around. Had to unhook the trailer and walk my...

'From the minute we arrived our host Hope was so helpful and accommodating. Our cottage was the perfect size for my husband and I. It has a full kitchen, nice soft bed, and the swimming was great to cool off after shopping, and the air conditioning was great. Hope helped us with many of the local places to eat and see. We already miss the cottage, and want to return! '

'Thank you for a wonderful stay Glen and Hope! We loved the location it was convenient to travel to the Key West, yet far enough from the noise and party. Summerland Key itself is gorgeous! Few great spots for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Also every place around had fresh seafood and live music in the evening. Pool on the property was very clean and heated, which I loved since we got a few cooler days.Overall wonderful atmosphere. If we will be back to Key West next year, we will be back to stay...

'11/10 stay and service, Marie was so amazing and allowed for early check in and late check out for my birthday weekend. Location was so perfect and had golf cart rental next door. Will definitely be staying here next time I come to the keys! '

'Great stay. Property manager Roberta was great to deal with. Comfortable home with all amenities included. Nice pool and location was central to all activities, including Duval St. We has a great time!!!'

'The property and location are great. We were able to drop our luggage off to an off-site office prior to check-in and after check-out. The only issue for my wife was the east facing French Door in the bedroom does not have darkening shades. This could be an issue for guests who want to sleep in past 7am. '
