'Clean room'

'Loud, unprofessional, poorly stocked, uncaring, dirty. The fire alarm went off in the hotel (with a blaring speaker in our room right over the bed) during the middle of the night BOTH nights we were there: for 48 minutes non-stop minutes the first night, then for a couple minutes the second night. Everyone went down to the lobby in their pajamas. Not a single announcement was made. I asked for a reason when I checked out and kindly asked if there was any compensation for the late-night...

'Its a shame this hotel is branded Staybridge. I have seen a lot of Staybridge hotels, and this one is an absoluut dump. Compleet rundown place, would not be a problem if it looks like 1980, but apparently that was the last time it was cleaned. Filty bath, filthy kitchen, no water pressure, AC will kill you. Stayed 2 nights. Because of location, second day no room service. Should have handed them the keys and left first night, but the perfect location to TX tech kept me. '
