'The stay is definitely worth the money'

'The cards to our room didn’t work when we got to our room, called and employee came his card wouldn’t work either he said the door lock battery must’ve died. He went and got new keys and new room. The cards worked the first day, second day we had to have the keys re done because none would open our door again. The room was clean but the floors outside of elevators looked like something that been spilled and was left for several days didn’t get cleaned. There were no towels on the clean towel...

'First time staying here, only stayed one night, but the front desk was very polite and helpful with restaurant suggestions. We were checked in quickly and our room was very clean, roomy and all lights worked, tv was a nice size and the shower had great pressure and temperature was perfect. The beds were comfy and clean, the only little thing was the pillows, they were way too soft, but having two per person did help a bit. We got good sleep and we all enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn.'
