'The house was comfortable and the outside surroundings are just perfect. Private, lots of shade for relaxing, excellent snorkeling steps from the door. Very friendly staff, Edgar, Angel, and Fabiola were wonderful. '

'The house was just as listed and well maintained. The owner was responsive to questions and the onsite staff was very helpful. The location was great with easy access to Tulum, snorkeling with sea turtles, and numerous cenotes. The little reef just inside the breakwater (dark spot in the water) was good for a short snorkel. '

'Our group of 14 people absolutely loved pelican Bay Villa!! Our property was beautiful and as advertised. We loved that it was on a beautiful golf course in Tulum country club. We had a private chef cook breakfast for us for most of our stay and it was delicious. Our communication with the host was exceptional and we cannot say enough positive things about Leandro!
