The toilet and the shower are not seperated with a door which means that when you are with a friend you can’t shower and go to the toilet at the same time, which means you have to wait. And also there is no fan in the bathroom, therefore it is very soggy after your shower. And after you go to the toilet, it will take a while before the smell will go away. And the rooms are not cleaned appropiately. I would rate this a 4 star...

"We had problems on 2 consecutive days with the safe in our room which was not functioning. Had to wait some time both mornings till an engineer came to fix since all our stuff was inside. We were not compensated, which would have been a nice gesture. All receptionists were a bit grumpy and not really focussed on giving the best service possible with a smile.

In addition to that it is conveniently located near the Beverly Center and The Grove, perfect for people who enjoy walking. The front desk staff was friendly and they even recognized me from earlier trips! The only thing I missed was housekeeping every day... or maybe every other day... but there were plenty of towels and I keep a clean house and room, so I was okay otherwise. If you like excess and luxury this hotel is not for you. However, if you like the charm of yesteryear combined with modern day amenities, a huge bed and peace and quiet, this could be your next stay!"

We hadden gelezen dat het erg gehoorig was en oordoppen meegenomen dus geen last van gehad . We zouden zeker weer gaan en hopenlijk is de bank dan vervangen en de douche gerenoveerd"
