'Great stay in beautiful, quiet surroundings. The villa has everything that you might need and is close to amazing beaches, a great restaurant (Bodega Del Sol) and the beautiful town of Alcudia. Our 2 familes of 4 enjoyed our stay on comfort. The pool is clean and the perfect size for the kids to play in. A rental car is key here though, since the villa is in a residential area. Its a great base for exploring Majorca. Would visit again!'

'Wir haben in dem Haus einen wunderschönen Familien-Urlaub verbracht. Es bietet für 8 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder mehr als genug Platz und ist fantastisch gelegen. Die Fotos sagen alles :) Der private Zugang zum Strand ist einmalig! Leider ist die Einrichtung in den Badezimmern veraltet und z. B. in den Duschen teilweise kaputt. Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind von dem netten Damen Team herzlich empfangen worden. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen. '

'The villa was better than expected. Pool was lovely, kitchen had everything you would need, bedrooms we large. Everything was clean. Only thing we didn't appreciate was someone walking into the property unannounced from an adjoining door complaining we shouldn't be in the pool at 11pm. We booked the villa for private use so this upset our party.'

'In one word, “FANTASTIC”. The location, the spaces rooms, the comfortable beds, the amazing swimming pool, the outside kitchen and the large private ground makes the villa a perfect place to stay with friends or family. The villa is located approximately 5 minutes driving by car from the city Manacor and the supermarket Lidl. When you are with a group of 16 friends, the party is always at the villa. The environment of the villa is amazing, a lot of privacy and a lot spaces where you can play...

'The villa was superb and exceeded our expectations, very spacious and comfortable with a large outdoor garden and pool area. The nearby town of Santa Margalida is only 10-15 minutes walk away and has a great local feel, away from the tourist crowds. Highly recommended.'

'Schöne, geräumige Unterkunft, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hier und da wären ein paar Reparaturen nötig (z.B. Silikonfugen in den Bädern) Ein besserer Grill wäre keine Fehlinvestition. Pool war sehr gut, groß und sauber. Die großen Tische außen und innen waren sehr vorteilhaft. Im Großen und Ganzen eine sehr schöne Unterkunft'

'This property is amazing, 3 huge rooms, each with a large en-suite and aircon, plus 2 further bathrooms downstairs. The kitchen is very big with a large American fridge freezer, coffee machines etc and all the appliances you will need. But the best part is the outdoor pool & BBQ area. The pool is fantastic, fresh water and very big. No neighbours around, so peaceful and tranquil away from crowds and noisy towns. The BBQ area is a great place to cook in the evening and watch the sun go down...

'The house was beautiful and absolutely spotless. Easy to find, a great base and also perfect for chilling by the pool. Lots of shops and restaurants a short drive. Loved the resident cat and chickens that roam around. A car is essential for staying here. Loads of hot water for showers. The beds were comfortable, kitchen really well equipped and plenty of board games. We did have a lot of mosquito bites which is obviously not the property fault but bring plenty of repellent. "Ik boekte voor het zwembad naast het meer en ik bleef voor al de rest. Het hotel is mooi en proper, het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het ontbijt is heerlijk en uitgebreid. Het is dichtbij het strand, in de shop en eet straat, dichtbij de bushalte. Perfect."
