'I love the view and the location. My room was on the 22nd floor, I can see Manila bay and Okada next door. The room was spacious and the bed, pillows and linens were so comfortable. I was able to rest well. The staff were kind and helpful especially Che at the front desk. I like that 7 eleven is at the Ground floor of the building which was very convenient for me.'

'Our hotel is close to the malls. Very convenient with food and shopping. Room service is great. Place is clean. Free shuttle ride to and from the airport is great.Things that I don’t like were stairs at the facade of the building. We were scared of falling and possibly breaking our bones. It is not conducive for persons with disabilities.Second complaint was our balcony. A roof was blocking our view. Third complaint was breakfast with coffee delivered to your room daily. 'The room was very clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall it was a nice place to stay. However, the building is on a very busy road, and it's exceptionally loud and noisy with all of the traffic. The only other negative is the shower. While it did have hot water which is great, the shower would alternate from cold water, to warm, to scalding hot, and back to cold, about every two to three minutes, and then the water would stop flowing completely for a few minutes, but...

'Cynthea, the person who checked me in, is very helpful and responsive. The room was clean and in good condition when I checked in. But when I went out the next day and returned in the afternoon, the room was not cleaned even if I put up the “make up room” sign and there was a strong cigarette smell. Someone had obviously entered my room and smoked inside.'

'Celebrated our anniversary here and it was so romantic! The room had sweet little touches that made us feel special. Pool was clean and relaxing. Staff surprised us with a cake, so thoughtful! Breakfast had lots of yummy choices. Azure made our special day truly unforgettable. Love it!'
