I did have some slight issues with the check in but they were able to resolve the matter responsively. 'The place and the service is excellent. The only thing i didn’t like was the entrance of the place. A lot of stairs to deal with specially when you came from the airport and a lot of luggage with you and you have to deal with the stairs was ridiculous. Overall stay was excellent. The Seda is definitely top three and may be the best hotel I've stayed at. The room and amenities are just as described but the staff puts it over the top.
