'Booked this facility for a spring weekend. The room did not have functioning AC. The bed was old terrible and floor was dirty. We were moved the second day to an other room but only compensated for a miserable sleepless night, with a coupon for a lunch in their 3 star restaurant, which was out of several items on the menu. Neither of the rooms resemble pictures on their or third party websites. The units are individually owned and both had furniture that had seen better days or decades. It is...

'The property was clean, well stocked and beautiful. The location is excellent…a short walk to the beach. Communication was easy, quick and straightforward. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future. '

'Overall our stay was good. The rental company was very responsive and helpful. They were also able to let us check in a little early. They were very organized and clear on instructions. The condo is very old, the view you see in the one picture is from a tiny side porch that faces the street/another condo. The view from the front porch is staring directly at another condo that blocks the view of the ocean. The condo smelled musty when we walked in. Everything was clean except for the bathrooms...

'We were quite disappointed. No table. No chairs. No hooks or other storage. Stained duvet. “Couch” was pitiful. No instructions about TV. Husband fell and bruised his arm when chair on front deck collapsed (rotted wood). Sewer-like odor. Had to buy candles. '

'Well equipped kitchen including Keurig and crock pot. The home is spacious and comfortable. There was quite a bit of food left in the fridge from others but still enough room for our items. Parking is easy. Neighborhood was very quiet and convenient. '
