The grocery store is within walking distance and stays open late. It is a very quiet area, no one hanging out, and I felt very secure/safe. The house is charming and very well equipped. We appreciated the binoculars to watch birds and fireworks. Betterton Beach is a short walk. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond.
