'Dean reacts very quickly which is very reassuring. Everything in the condo is new and complete: good bed & bathroom, snorkelgear available etc. Good location: you only need to cross the street to get access to the beach (Kamaole Beach Park1),during a morning walk we spotted 3 turtles '

'Being on the beach was key. Hotel staff were excellent, though noticed a couple of things which seem to slip and probably due to Covid and now Trump. I had to call for housing keeping for towels as no one showed up first first 5 days. The dryer door came off in the hinge at top (just needed screws tighten). The room was good, but a couple of things which were needing attention, this is not a 4.6 star .... closer to 4. Though I'm sure when travel to US is not an issue, this beautiful place...

'It’s a lovely and quiet area the beach is right across the street. Restaurant and shopping center are within a 10 to 15 min walk. They also provide towels, chairs, an umbrella and a cooler to use to take with you to the beach. The place is very clean and I cannot wait to go back.'

'I will say the listing is very accurate. Unfortunately, I assumed all properties on West Maui had air-conditioning and they don’t. Totally my fault for looking at the pretty pictures and not reading the details. The property was as described after I did read it. The view is spectacular. 'Mermaids Palace was wonderful!! This place is a perfect location and beautiful view, we could hear the ocean every night we slept with the door open. This was a great location for everything we did. Foodshopping was about 20 min away and made breakfast some mornings, the condo was well stocked. We at breakfast one morning at the Gazebo down the road and that was amazing food and view!!
