'There was very noisy construction ongoing from 10am to 8pm. Hotel manager couldn't be bothered to apologise in writing or other manner for the inconvenience. The hotel manager's invisibility is the sole reason for the poor rating. Rest of the personnel was excellent.'

'Our first trip to India was made truly unforgettable by our stay at The Leela Ambience Hotel. A beautiful hotel with everything you could wish for and outstanding service from start to finish. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and not once were we disappointed. Special thanks to Balraj, the doorman, and his colleagues, who always greeted us with warmth and a smile whenever we returned from a day out. Their hospitality made us feel truly special and added so...
