'Room was clean and staff was helpful. Not so good was one day one of the 5 pools heater was not working well and was 78 not 87. And the hot tubs indoors were in need of cleaning. Beach view was great and fold out couch was nice. Also they do not provide any beach chairs or towels even though you see them in the picture the chairs are from the city and the lifeguard charges $65 a day for two chairs and an umbrella. Also no vallet parking which is a pain.'

'DO NOT BOOK, bedbugs and disgusting place. Nothing like pictures or reviews. My wife said it was the worse place we ever been to, and that was BEFORE we discovered bedbugs crawling in the bed where our kid was going to sleep. In addition to all inclusive Expedia price, They charged additional $100 just to confirm the reservation because we were going to arrive later in the night. After driving for 8 hours, we were so looking forward to getting to this place and getting some sleep. The place was...

'Had a very nice day at the hotel. It was quiet the rooms were clean and the bed was ultra comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast and eating it by the pool or by the pond in the back. Plenty of wildlife around and close to the beach and Broadway on the beach. I was there too is it a family member but I also made time for myself as well. Nice day would definitely come back. Love the 24-hour free coffee as well 😁'

'Great area plenty of things to walk to and the beach is right there. Room is very old and the floors had lot on them as if they haven’t been swept. The hot tub wasn’t working and nobody told me when I checked in, had to find out when I was ready to get into it. $150 hold for one night stay is a lot specially for the type of hotel when I stayed at higher end hotels and only had a $30-$50 hold a night. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here unless you are fine with a cheap stay.'

'The condo itself was nice but definitely could use some general maintenance and cleaning. Safe was not workable; doors (bathroom and general entry) have not been cleaned for some time. Spider webs in window corners. Bedroom drawers fell out. Showerhead water was very slow'

'The oceanfront rooms in the lowrise building were easy to access and we had an excellent view of the ocean on the 2nd floor. The only issue we had was the doors being very noisy when they close. The people in the room next to us opened their door at least then times in two hours after midnight so we didn't get much sleep. The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful.'
