'We had a good stay at Courtyard By Marroit. Hotel is quiet and its kept realy clean. And helpfull staf. Also location is verry good to go to Manhatten bus station. Verry pleasant stay overal. '

'The hotel was in a great location, right at Columbus Circle easy access to the subway in Central Park.
The rooms are very small, but everything you need is in them, including a well stocked bar with snacks if you so choose to indulge.
There is a bar downstairs which I didn’t go to, I believe there is food available for room service and at the bar.'

'Really very friendly staff. They open doors for you and are very helpfull. Our shower wasn’t working well, because it was broken at the end. Within five minutes somebody game to fix it. '

'Nice hotel on great location. We had a quite room on the east side of the building. Room was nicely arranged maybe the carpet could be cleaner. Shower was nice and hot with every day clean towels and soap. Coffee and tea was supplied every day for the machine. They kept our luggage after check out in a locked room. Reception personnel was kind and helpful. '

'Don't expect a new and fresh room. It's run down and does need updating. The beds however are very good and clean. The room is the biggest we've ever had in NYC, which is definitely a plus. Location is very close to the red 1-2-3 subway lines (literally around the corner) and a small walk away from Central Park. It has also been the most quiet room we've had in NYC, but the heating system in the window made very loud ticking noises during the (first) night. Uplugging it from the electric outlet...

"Modern en schoon. Vriendelijk personeel. Geen eigen restaurant, maar prima koffie en croissants in het bakkerijtje beneden, met terrasje buiten.
Metro en Central Park op 5 minuten lopen. Veel restaurantjes en supermarkt om de hoek. Met de metro in 10 minuten op Times Square.
Upper West is iets rustiger dan down town, dus fijn om even bij te komen van een dag hectisch NYC!"
"Prima faciliteiten in het gebouw, zoals een washok, loungekamer en een leuk winkeltje waar je broodjes en drinken kunt halen. Leuke activiteiten worden er georganiseerd, zoals een tour door Central Park of fietsen door Harlem. Ook is het dicht bij het openbaar vervoer. De kamers zijn schoon en je hebt best wat privacy door de gordijntjes, ook al zit je soms met 10 mensen op een kamer. Elke ruimte is voorzien van airconditioning. Dat maakt soms veel lawaai, maar dat went snel. Het personeel is soms wat druk, maar meestal aardig en behulpzaam. Ik raad je deze hostel aan als je voor een kleine prijs in een goede hostel op een redelijk centrale plek, naast Central Park, wil verblijven. "
"Good place next to time square, clean hotel, good beds, rooms for 4 persons aren somewhat small if you have suitcases, but doable. Breakfast is proper and included (just missing basic options for bread such as cheese and ham).
The elevator situation especially around breakfast time is terrible. There are 5 elevators for over 30+ floors. If you are below level 20 there is a fair chance that you have to wait +10 mins for a elevator thats not full.
Further is the rooftop bar not just to but you must take a table. Outside space is limited, while inside the airco is on turbo.
Staff in general is nice, there is a basic but well maintained gym and they offer taxi services in case u need one to the airport. Conclusion, eventhough the elevator situation I would return."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located just around the corner from Times Square. It’s the perfect base for exploring New York, with major attractions and public transportation all within easy walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the $100 per hour charge for late checkout, which felt a bit steep. That said, we absolutely enjoyed our time here and would gladly come back!"
