'This apartment is NOT like the photos.The plaster was coming off the walls in chunks. The shower had VERY LOW PRESSURE and it went from scalding hot to cold.The kitchen tap was very loose. The apartment was dirty. The furniture was dirty and in bad condition.The curtains could not be opened because the windows looked directly into the hall. The owner did not leave enough linens for our 16 night stay. There were no instructions of how to dispose of the garbage. The neighbour had a loud party....

'Enjoyable stay. The host thought of every little detail for his guests comfort. I plan to stay here on my next excursion to Madrid.'

'Overall, the property looks like the pictures but what the pictures don't show: -> no curtain on one of the windows which has a streetlight right behind it, not cool at night... -> no covers or blankets in November -> no help from the management even after saying they would drop blankets, had to eventually bring our own borrowed from family -> VERY noisy door from the building -> ground floor with windows giving straight on the street but no curtains of any kind on one of the windows so you...

'La zona no acompaña (de ahí el precio) pero el lugar cumple su función y no se está nada mal. Lo peor es que hay cosas que renovar que merman mucho la experiencia: las televisiones funcionan mal o no funcionan directamente; el soporte de la alcachofa de la ducha está roto, las cerraduras son un drama que casi no podíamos ni entrar… en fin, desactualizado pero pasable'

'Very nice and light appartement in a lovely and very central neighbourhood. We could do everything on foot. The appartement was light and airy because of the double aspect, nicely decorated and two very small balconies. Two bathrooms is a luxury as was the lift. The location is perfect, very central and yet mostly quiet. Opposite a specialty coffee bar and a few doors further the nicest brunch-bar, yummie. Do visit the el restroom market on Sunday! As we were with two, we had plenty of space.'

'Booking was flawless. But check in was confusing. Their automated check in email was not sent to us correctly 24 hours prior. The instructions also were a bit confusing as well. But luckily their customer service helped us figure it out. The place itself was great. Clean new and easy to get everywhere. '
