'The hostel’s database got hacked and as a result i got contacted on whatsapp to pay or else the reservation would be cancelled. So I paid twice and the hostel doesn’t want to take any responsibility for its failure to protect the guests information that led to this situation which is in clear violation with the law. Worst experience ever!'

The beds are currently separated only by wooden screens, and better partitioning would significantly improve guests’ comfort and privacy.'
