Great restaurants and shops, but also quiet which suited us, as we did not want to be in the middle of heavily touristic activity. Within walking distance of museums and park. '

'Für unser verlängertes Wochenende in Madrid war diese Wohnung ideal. Silvia hat uns pünktlich die Wohnung übergeben und mit Infos für Unternehmungen versorgt. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Wobei ein Auto in der Stadt nicht notwendig ist, denn die Busse und Metro fahren fußläufig unmittelbar vor der Tür. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. '

'The apartment is great. Having 2 bathrooms for our family of 4 is wonderful. Many grocery stores, restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as metro station. About 30 min with 1 transfer to the center of Madrid. Communicating with property managers was a bit of a challenge in English. But no big issues.'

'Appartement dans un immeuble très sécurisé, calme et bien placé. À 10 minutes de marche de la station de métro, arrêt de bus à 50 mètres. Supermarché à proximité. Appartement très lumineux avec rideaux trop petits, pas de volets ! Spacieux et agréable ! Manque quand même de couverts (trop juste pour 6 personnes) et manque d’épingles à linge (il n’y en a que 3…). Ce serait bien de rajouter quelques notices d’utilisation pour TV et autres appareils. Séjour très positif dans un super appart pour 4...
