'Nice room for 4, good service and good breakfast.'

'The hostel’s database got hacked and as a result i got contacted on whatsapp to pay or else the reservation would be cancelled. So I paid twice and the hostel doesn’t want to take any responsibility for its failure to protect the guests information that led to this situation which is in clear violation with the law. Worst experience ever!'

'Fijne locatie aardig en gezellig personeel. Heel behulpzaam'

'The room was very clean and everyday house keepers would come and fix up the bathrooms, sweep the floors, and just tidy up the place. Each bed had lockers whether it be underneath the bed or detached locker. They do not provide locks but you can purchase locks from their vending machine (unfortunately they were out of stock on the locks while I was there). Staff spoke English so they were able to communicate and assist me with everything. They have luggage storage so prior to check in I was...

'The room is extremely small and the bathroom is one square meter with out-dated showers. The reception is located behind a standing, very small desk in the hall-way. There are no services or breakfast options. When I arrived from the airport jn the hotel I asked to go to the toilet. The declined and first want to do all formalities. I almost pissed my pants'

'I had a wonderfull stay at Modular Rooms! This was my first time staying at a proper capsule hotel and would definitely do it again. Felt very safe because you need a personal pin code to open every door: front door, room, capsule, locker. The capsule was much bigger and comfier than I had expected, with different lights (main light, reading light, atmospheric light), several plugs (from a pop up power strip), air conditioning. The bed was already made, which is often not the case at a hostel....

'The only thing I didn’t like was the size of the room'

'Power sockets were loose, bathroom floors were dirty even after being “cleaned”'

'We only find the location of the place the only thing that matters to us, the room was terrible, it’s like a walking closet with a toy shower and sink, customer service 24/7 it’s laughable, they don’t answer the phone, on my experience that means they don’t care about the customer.'
