'The place is nice and at arrival they were nice and helpful. At departure, today 28 August very unprofessional. One of us alone with 3 pieces of lugagge, asked for a taxi and the guy at reception told to look for it youtself. He even was not nice enough to indicate that closeby there was a taxi stop full of them. Terrible! Will not come back to this place!'

'Lovely apartment, can be a bit noisy with people upstairs shoving furniture around. At midnight mind you. Not the company’s fault just rude guests. Also sauna not working, wouldn’t heat up and staff was unable to assist. Cleaning service was excellent. In a nice neighbourhood, easy walk to Goya metro station '

'Great place on the outskirts of Madrid. 5 minutes from the Metro and 10 minutes on the Metro to the centre of Madrid. Very residential area. Flat 12 was ideal with a large balcony to watch the local world go by at night. 150 pounds deposit which wasn't expected but not a hassle! 20 euros for a taxi to the airport. Well worth it. Thanks to the owners for letting us stay.'

It is 5 min walking distance from Nuevo Numancia metro station. 6min metro train ride to Atocha / puerto de atocha where you can take the high speed train and about 10 min metro ride from Sol and Gran area where there is shopping and restaurants.
